Welcome to The Flex Strategy — an admissions consulting service. This Terms of Use Agreement outlines the legally binding terms for your use of our platform and services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Flex Strategy may modify this Agreement from time to time. Such modifications will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
The Flex Strategy may, at its discretion, incorporate AI-based tools into the essay preparation process. Upon receipt of an applicant's explicit written request via email, AI-assisted content will not be used in preparing their application materials.
To ensure timely completion and submission of application materials, The Flex Strategy reserves the right to modify the order or structure of its standard service delivery. This is particularly relevant when an applicant engages with us less than 45 days before the first targeted application deadline.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept all risks and responsibilities for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Services are intended for personal use only. Commercial uses are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from The Flex Strategy is granted. You agree not to use our platform for spam, chain letters, mass marketing, or any bulk communications of any kind.
You represent and warrant that nothing submitted by you through our Services shall contain content that is harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any applicable law or the intellectual property rights of others. The Flex Strategy reserves the right to delete any such material without your consent.
All content on our platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of The Flex Strategy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, adapt, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written notification to legal@theflexstrategy.com including a description of the work, its location on our platform, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
We currently accept the following forms of payment: Debit and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), Mobile Wallets, and Bank Wire or Electronic Transfer.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by emailing us. Such termination will not change any amounts already due to us.
Breach of any terms of this Agreement constitutes grounds for termination. If you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement, The Flex Strategy may, after 7 days' notice to rectify the breach, terminate your subscription and/or account. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
The Flex Strategy acts as a venue for admissions consulting services including profile analysis, school selection, essay coaching, resume and LOR guidance, and interview preparation. We are not involved in the actual admission process between universities and students and have no control over admission decisions.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Flex Strategy disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall The Flex Strategy, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. The Flex Strategy's aggregate liability to you for all claims shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the term of your engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold The Flex Strategy, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand arising from your use of our Services in violation of this Agreement, or from any content you post through our Services.
Disputes will be governed by Singapore law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting a notice on our website for 30 days. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
